(Thwaha) 20 : 82
وَإِنِّي لَغَفَّارٌ لِمَنْ تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا ثُمَّ اهْتَدَىٰ
“And indeed, I am the Perpetual Forgiver for whoever repents and believes and does righteous deeds and then follows the Guidance”.
Since Adhikr is formed as the Splendid Book in which no falsehood shall enter before or after Its codification, nobody can become a believer without testifying It. And since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, the odd believer should follow the mode of prayer and lifestyle explained in verses 2: 62 and 16: 110.
